RICHMOND, Va.–During an in-studio interview VCU’s Director of Recreational Sports, Tom Diehl, spoke with VCU InSight about the newly renovated Cary. St. Gym on the VCU Monroe Park Campus.

While there have been a few bugs after the opening, Diehl says that things are running smoothly.

Diehl says new programs and fitness groups will be starting soon so the students can schedule their workouts for group activities. Group cycling, yoga, and even dance classes are available for members to use and get in shape. Gym memberships can be purchased by faculty and alumni, but the gym is free for students.
