RICHMOND, Va–The Virginia Treatment Center for Children at Virginia Commonwealth University recently added a four legged friend to their staff.
Bahia is a two-year-old golden retriever and lab mix. She is specially trained to assist people with disabilities. This canine’s warm nature and intuitive personality is affective in treating children with mental health issues; many who have led troublesome lives.
