I am in total dissapointment of this rebate thing. I am a full time student just finishing school, NOT DROWNING IN SCHOOL DEBT and NOT PLANNING TO USE THE MONEY TO PAY FOR BOOKS. I have recently moved out of my mom's house, into my own apartment. I have worked 2 jobs since high school, have paid for myself COMPLETELY since graduating high school, however, I can still be claimed as a dependent technically and therefor will not be receiving a rebate check. This is completely unfair as I am a working adult simply finishing up school and paying for myself as I always have. I am very unhappy with this situation. I know many other students in my same position. What is wrong with this picture??
